IMPORTANT: Hike will not accept manual cost price or inventory updates without corresponding purchase orders or sales transactions if weighted Average Cost Price feature is active in Hike.

A parameter or the request body could not be read — for example text where a number is expected, or malformed JSON.
The access token is missing, invalid or expired. Obtain a new one and retry. The WWW-Authenticate header says which.

Bearer, with error="invalid_token" and a reason when a token was sent.
A rate limit was exceeded. The message names the window, and Retry-After gives the seconds to wait. Refused calls still count. See API limits.

Seconds until the exhausted window resets.
An unexpected error, or a request the API refused with a message — for example a page_size that is missing or outside 1 to 500.
