Get all purchase orders in database
GET/api/v1/purchase/get_all
This will retrieve all purchase orders from our database.

A parameter or the request body could not be read — for example text where a number is expected, or malformed JSON.
The access token is missing, invalid or expired. Obtain a new one and retry. The WWW-Authenticate header says which.

Bearer, with error="invalid_token" and a reason when a token was sent.
A rate limit was exceeded. The message names the window, and Retry-After gives the seconds to wait. Refused calls still count. See API limits.
