Retrieve particular webhook by its ID.

A parameter or the request body could not be read — for example text where a number is expected, or malformed JSON.
The access token is missing, invalid or expired. Obtain a new one and retry. The WWW-Authenticate header says which.
Response Headers
Bearer, with error="invalid_token" and a reason when a token was sent.
No record has that id. The body names the record, for example {"result":null,"success":false,"error":{"message":"Brand not found.","details":null,"code":404,"validationErrors":null},"unAuthorizedRequest":false,"targetUrl":null}.
A rate limit was exceeded. The message names the window, and Retry-After gives the seconds to wait. Refused calls still count. See API limits.
Response Headers
Seconds until the exhausted window resets.
An unexpected error, or a request the API refused with a message — for example a page_size that is missing or outside 1 to 500.
