How Can I Effectively Use HikeUp to Track My Hiking Progress?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been using HikeUp for a while now to track my hiking trips, and I really enjoy the features it offers. However, I’m trying to get the most out of the app, and I have a couple of questions. ragdoll hit

What’s the best way to monitor my progress over time, especially if I’m trying to improve my hiking speed and endurance?
I’ve noticed some trails in my area aren’t available in the app. Is there a way to add custom routes or request that they be included in the future?
I’d love to hear any tips from more experienced users on how to make the most of HikeUp for both casual hikes and serious training. Thanks in advance!
